Refera
A mobile app for getting referrals through people you already know: ask for an intro to a company or a role, and your contacts help the request reach the right person.
(02) Problem
Asking for a referral feels awkward, and the right person is often a friend of a friend.
Refera turns that ask into a short request: the company, the role, the expertise and the location you need. It had to be quick to send and easy to answer, with enough context for people to trust it and pass it on.
(03) Process
A request flow that takes a few taps, and a feed that shows who is asking for what.
Step by step, the user picks a company, a role and a location, then chooses which contacts should see the request. In the feed every request reads as one short sentence, so people see at a glance if they know someone who fits.
(04) Solution
A request goes out, and a friend of a friend turns it into a real introduction.
The app covers referral requests, a feed of sent and received referrals, first and second step connections, profiles and a wallet with earnings and spendings for helping others connect.
