A mobile app for investing in real estate by the share: browse properties, buy one share or several depending on your budget, watch the portfolio grow and sell when you're ready.

Property investing comes with numbers, terms and risks that are hard to read on a small screen.
Every property has a price per share, funding progress, expected returns and documents. The task was to show it all on a phone so that a first look tells you whether a deal is worth opening, and the details are one tap away.

Discovery, buying, tracking and selling designed as one connected flow.
Each step leads to the next: from a property card to its details, from buying shares to the portfolio, and from the portfolio to selling. Consistent cards, numbers and charts keep the whole app easy to read.
(04) Solution
Browsing, buying, tracking and selling shares now happen in the same app.
The final product covers curated opportunities, detailed property pages, portfolio and performance tracking and selling. Users also see which friends invested in a property, and owners vote on decisions about it.
