Kiddo
A mobile app that helps families find another family to share a nanny with, get to know each other and agree on the details.
(02) Problem
Sharing a nanny saves money, but finding the right family to share with is hard.
Two families have to fit each other and trust each other before they share one nanny. The challenge was to make matching feel safe and simple, and to keep all the planning and communication inside the app.
(03) Process
Matching, profiles and chat are built to help two families trust each other.
Onboarding collects what matters for a good match, swiping makes browsing families quick and light, and detailed profiles answer the questions parents have before they reach out. Then they talk in the built-in chat.
(04) Solution
Families find each other, get to know each other and plan the nanny share in one app.
The app covers sign-up with account verification, swipe matching with filters, family profiles, matches and chat.
