Hypsee
A web platform for spiritual guidance where people find vetted advisors, book private 1:1 sessions by video, phone or chat, and watch recorded readings and livestreams.
(02) Problem
Psychic and tarot readings had to feel trustworthy online without losing their mystic mood.
Traditional consultations are personal and often scattered across many channels. The task was to bring them online in a way people trust, with clear booking and prices, while keeping the warm atmosphere of a real reading.
(03) Process
A soft, atmospheric look on the surface and a clear booking flow underneath.
Calm visuals set the mood, while advisor cards show ratings, specialties and price per minute up front. Daily card draws give people a reason to come back, and a waiting lobby prepares the client before a session starts.
(04) Solution
Two sides in one platform: clients find guidance and advisors run their practice.
Clients get advisor browsing, seller profiles, a countdown before each session, the live session screen and notifications. Advisors get the Creators' Studio to manage sessions and clients. The product works on desktop and mobile web.
